It offers an effective and low-cost method for plastic material drying. Hot air is used to dry wet materials that due to moisture absorption during packaging, transportation, and recycling cycles. They can be directly mounted on the moulding machine for quick drying and space saving.
Short Description
- All material contact surfaces are made of stainless steel to eliminate material contamination.
- Applies low noise diffuser, where air filter (optional) is installed to guarantee the purity of the plastic material.
- Material tank is installed with side glass for inspection.
- High-temperature type for 50-1500kg available, with double-walled hopper tank, stainless steel heating tube and high-temperature diffuser.
- Hopper is specially designed for easy opening, and is suitable for any robots.
