Thermocouple Failure on Injection Molding Machine
A thermocouple disconnection error (030) on a Mirel 9118 controller caused abnormal temperature readings. Diagnosis revealed a damaged mainboard, likely due to electrical overload.
As a temporary fix, the second thermocouple was rerouted to the third input, allowing production to continue. For a permanent solution, mainboard replacement is required.
