Machine are loaded seperately by 2 containers
After the crane unload the container, we pull out the machine from the container and push into the plant, then connect the clamping unit and the injection unit. Turn on this big guy and train the workers.

Subject: 160T machine moving platen replacement
Location: South-east Asia
The machine is of 2012, and the moving platen need to be replaced, because it is demanded due to the wrong operation. Lifting equipment help us a lots during the work.
Subject: 560T machine unload and housing installation.

Unload the machine by the local team and we install the housing, then turn on the machine.

After the unload, we start our turn-key process.

Too many recycled materials were used. We have to un-install the screw and clear it. Meanwhile we show the clients our method for changing screw.
After that, we trained the worker to prepare the mold.

Pull out and push under solid wood, then climb 56cm-high steps into the plant. It totally cost two days.
After that we connect the clamping unit and injection unit, install the housing, turn-on the machine.
Though difficult, we manage this big machine in one crowded plant successfully, then connect the clamping unit and the injection unit and install the housing
The operators are of very good skill, it just take us a little time on training about the different of the controller. And the rest time, we may focus on some key technological issues with the engineer.
